Community Involvement

When Hurricane Maria hit the Atlantic coast of Florida in September of 2017, many towns in Florida were left with devastating destruction. Excelco rushed to the scene in the following days, partnering up with disaster clean up crews. Over the course of a week, the Excelco team helped many neighbors and citizens in the towns effected by this storm. The picture to the right, was one of the many houses that were completely flood by Hurricane Maria.

Wounded Combat Veterans Fundraiser

“My Fitness Studio is a Veteran owned organization specializing in helping Wounded Combat Veterans. Our story started 4 years ago when Thi Le meet Morgan Wooton a Marine Combat Veteran who was in the Wounded Warrior Project and Emory Veteran’s Program in Atlanta, Ga. Morgan was in intense therapy for Combat PTSD and Combat Stress but was making slow progress. During this same time Thi started working on rebuilding Morgan’s broken body from the ground up. She created unique exercises to fit Morgan’s injuries. After a month he started to gain more confidence and within 6 months Morgan regained his “ spark” and lifted what seemed like a thick fog from around him. Morgan was able to beat most symptoms of PTSD with confidence and help from Thi. Using our unique fitness back ground and first hand knowledge of Combat PTSD we opened a fitness studio to replicate Morgan’s treatment to other Wounded Combat Vets. We treat everyone as Family in our mission to save as many Veterans as possible. We already have a Combat Marine in the program who carries a large burden on his shoulders and a Purple Heart on his chest. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated and welcomed.” – Semper FiMorgan & Thi Wooton, Founders
